Illustrations will be drawn in Haloviu art style.

Please send the brief in PDF format or in 1-2 chat bubbles. Please include the references.

PAYMENT: 50% upfront payment and the rest before the final design is sent. Payment via BRI & Shopeepay (for locals), and Wise (for internationals).

CANCELLATION: Commissions cannot be cancelled once work has begun. If cancelled by the client, the down payment is non-refundable. If cancelled by the illustrator, the down payment will be refunded.

REVISIONS: Max. 2× sketch revisions and 3× minor revisions (color, font, size, movement, etc) after the sketch is approved. Extra revisions and major revisions may cost additional charges.

FONTS: The fonts used are free fonts.

FILE FORMAT: File will be sent via e-mail or Google Drive in JPG/PNG format. PSD file (flattened image + editable text) & timelapse video will be provided for commission intended for commercial purpose. There will be an additional charge for the full master file.

COPY RIGHT: The client is granted usage rights only. The artwork may not be modified without prior notice and approval from the illustrator.

The artwork may not be used for AI generation, AI training, or any other AI-related purposes.

The finished work will be posted on the illustrator's social media as portfolio.
